Nathan (Ned) & his wife Christina have been quietly making a major impact on the City of Millville for over 40 years. The Nathan Van Embden Law Office is an important fixture in Downtown Millville.

Nathan (Ned) Van Embden has served the Millville community for over 40 years. He established his general practice law firm in 1984. Today the firm's areas of focus include estate planning and administration, elder law, and real estate. Nathan also has extensive experience in zoning and planning. He serves as the solicitor for Downe Township and serves as solicitor for the land use boards of several Bayshore communities.

Known as a hands-on, no-nonsense straight-shooter, Nathan prides himself on providing honest answers. He brings big-picture perspective to each legal challenge – carefully studying every situation to craft the best possible solution. He understands how all the moving parts interact, using his experience to counsel his clients for the best possible outcomes.

Nathan and his wife Christina renovated the former Solof's Feed and Hardware Store at 21 E. Main Street in 1986. The law office has been there since. They have also worked to improve downtown Millville, developing the brick buildings on Main Street Hill for residential and commercial tenants, including CU Maurice River, Holly City Family Success Center and the dental office of Dr. Jon Paul Jacquet.
