HCDC offered a small housing rehab program in the form of a forgivable loan up to $7,000 to Center City homeowners. A total of 12 homeowners participated in the program. Projects included exterior updates such as new porches, sewer line repair, windows, etc. Interior projects included basement repairs, electrical repairs, etc. 

 

NRTC funding in the amount of $84,000 went towards the projects.
