Eligible homeowners must:

• Own a Center City Millville home within the designated area for a minimum of 2 years. (see map)

• Provide proof that all taxes and utilities are current.

• Pay $425 processing fee.

• Select the contractor.

• Be responsible for all permits.

• Complete application and submit contractor's estimate​​.

 

Terms:

The amount of assistance is secured by a 0% deferred loan forgiven 20% a year, over five years, until fully forgiven. The prorated balance is due if home is sold or ownership changes. There is no monthly payment for loan period if one remains the owner and resides in the home for 5 years. Home must be in the designated area.
