The Connecting Families to Communities (CF2C) initiative is committed to improving the quality of life for local families through a combination of informal case management and community development. Community Builders work with families on identifying and working towards their goals in the areas of communication, financial stability, health and wellness and community engagement.
The CF2C initiative is funded through the Pascale Sykes Foundation and focuses on taking the whole family approach to goal attainment. Community Builders work with families at Silver Run School, Lakeside Middle School and throughout the Center City Neighborhood. On average CF2C works with between 50 and 60 families.
